  • Working on a tight timeline, Morinwood, Inc. set up a dedicated 5,000 square foot manufacturing facility where one million individual parts were assembled.

  • Convinced that higher quality and speed were possible by machine than by hand, Morinwood built a robotic assembly line. The resulting process uses a German built Kuka robotic arm, adapted into a specialized assembly cell — a first for the BC woodworking industry.
